- No cash refunds are offered. Exchanges are permitted within 10 days of purchase, provided items are unused, in original condition, and accompanied by a valid proof of purchase. Exchanges are processed at the current system price.
- A 10% surcharge applies to clothing sizes 38 and above, and sandal sizes 10 and above.
- A minimum 50% deposit is required to confirm all orders. The remaining balance is payable upon invoice or delivery.
- Combo deals require 100% upfront payment.
- All prices are VAT inclusive and exclude delivery, courier, and insurance costs.
- While most products are in stock, some items may require custom production, which may affect availability and lead times.
- Call-out fees apply: R250 – Johannesburg South and R280 – Johannesburg West, North & Ekurhuleni.
- We partner with reputable local and international courier services.
- Insurance is optional and must be requested. We are not liable for loss or damage during transit if insurance is not selected.
- Orders will only be released or delivered once full payment has been received.
- Prices and quotations may vary based on the final artwork, design complexity, or specifications.
- All quotations are valid for 60 days and may be adjusted due to currency (R/$) fluctuations without prior notice.
- Lead times and delivery dates depend on product type and the date the deposit is received. Lead times may extend by up to two additional weeks.
- Clients are responsible for confirming delivery dates and communicating any urgent or special requirements in advance.
- Please indicate clearly if a physical sample is required before proceeding with bulk production.
